The VFR Foundation is dedicated to supporting the next generation of first responders. We are offering five $1,000 grants to help aspiring police officers and firefighters offset the costs of their academy training.

• Who Can Apply? Individuals in Lake County, Ohio who have been accepted into or are currently enrolled in a Police or Fire academy.

• Application Requirements: Submit an online application and a written essay answering: How will this grant help you achieve your career goals?

• Deadline: April 30, 2025
